Every time somebody buys a meme on the chain, the claw drops into that trade and goes for the fee. The grip is rolled on chain and it is mostly terrible, so it usually comes up with nothing or lets go halfway across the box. Whatever it drops falls into the pile where everybody can watch it pile up, and whatever it does carry all the way to the chute gets split on the spot: half to everyone holding $CLAW, the rest burns.
Line the claw up over the meme somebody is buying, drop in and stop the grip meter as high as you can — that number is the only thing between you and the sound of the fee hitting the pile again. A perfect grip still slips sometimes, because that is the whole business model of a claw machine and this one is at least honest about which side of it you are on.
Every meme people keep buying through this cabinet, and how the claw does on each of them. One of them has never had a single fee carried out of it and the machine keeps it at the back where the glass is dirtiest.
Nothing about this is hidden, which is the joke: everybody can read the rules and everybody keeps buying through it anyway.
Somebody buys a meme, and the claw drops into that exact trade looking for the fee. It does not care whose wallet it is, it does not ask first, and it gets exactly one attempt per buy.
Grip strength is rolled on chain for every single attempt and most rolls are pathetic. Nobody tunes it, nobody can buy a better one, and the machine has no idea whose trade it is when it decides how badly to hold on.
Whatever slips falls straight into the pile under the glass and stays there in plain sight. Nobody gets it back, nothing is refunded, and there is no second attempt on a trade that has already gone through.
Anything that makes it all the way to the chute is split in the same block: half goes back to everyone holding $CLAW and the rest burns. Then the machine resets, a new meme drops into the box and the claw waits for the next buy.
A fee that this machine touches has exactly three places it can end up, and all of them are visible from the front of the cabinet.
Paid out of every fee that actually makes it to the chute, in the same block it lands. Nothing to claim and nothing to stake — you are simply standing on the right side of the glass.
Bought back and sent to a dead address in the same block as the trade that paid for it. Every clean grab makes the supply smaller and the machine louder.
The pile under the glass is every fee this claw has fumbled, sitting there where anybody can count it. It is not going back to the buyer and it is not going anywhere else either.
Every buy the claw has dropped into over the last few minutes, the rare clean grabs and all the rest of it.
Eight fees out of one very weak claw.
